About Us

Welcome to Open3DPrints, the platform that connects you to a world of exceptional 3D printing services.
We make your 3D printing experience as easy as possible, while providing access to the following advanced
materials and technology.

At Open3DPrints, we understand the unique requirements of designers and engineers. Our mission is to deliver
high-performance solutions that bring your innovative ideas to life—whether you are rapid prototyping during
the product development phase, or ready to manufacture functional, end-use parts.

Our Promise

Your parts are 3D printed efficiently, cost-effectively, and with significant reduction of waste, as only the exact amount of material needed is used to create each product. Together, let’s bring your creative visions to life with precision, excellence, and a sustainable approach to manufacturing.

Our Materials

Nylon 12 (EOS PA2200) with Selective Laser Sintering

  • Available in Polished White Nylon 12 (SLS), Raw Black Nylon 12 (SLS), and Raw White Nylon 12 (SLS)
  • Suitable for a wide variety of applications, due to flexibility and strength
  • Capable of producing thinner structures for hinges and springs, as well as thick structural components
  • Flammability degree: UL 94 HB rating (thickness greater than 0.5 mm)
  • Biocompatible: According to EN ISO 10993-1 and USP/level VI/121 °C

The technology: Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing is one of our most popular 3D printing methods, relying on a laser to trace the cross-section of each 3D design, sintering the material for accurate parts.

Nylon 12 (HP 3D High Reusability PA 12) with Multi Jet Fusion

  • Available in Gray Nylon 12 (MJF) and Black Nylon 12 (MJF)
  • Suitable for thin, flexible designs as well as strong, thick structures
  • Offers vibrant, high-quality parts with superior mechanical properties
  • Flammability degree UL 94 HB rating (<75mm/min for thickness of 0.75mm)
  • Electrical conductivity (UL 746A): Dielectric strength value – 2.8kV/mm, Volume Resistivity value – 10^14 ohm-cm

The technology: Our MJF 3D printing technology uses an inkjet array to deposit adhesive agents onto the powder bed, melting nylon particles to create strong and uniform parts.
